Compared with the distribution network, the structure of 110kV and above high-voltage transmission network is simple. Generally, there is no branch line and no distribution transformer. The occurrence rate of overhead line operation ground fault is relatively high, the line support is generally pole tower, and the cement pole is less, so the ground resistance phase after the ground fault occurs

System overview

■ scheme purpose: realize intelligent cooperation of multi-level switch of distribution network line, and deal with faults quickly and accurately;

■ scheme composition: electric switch + intelligent terminal + optical fiber ring network + master station monitoring system;

■ technical indicators: 0.15s-0.2s removal fault, 2S isolation fault;

■ scheme features: the minimum outage scope, the shortest outage time, the highest fault handling efficiency and the highest power supply reliability;

■ implementation mode: on the ring network system with local optical fiber communication channel, the intelligent terminal adopts the local intelligent distributed technology based on the equal communication or master-slave communication to realize the rapid fault location, isolation and power supply recovery of non fault section. When the intelligent terminal communication channel fails, the equipment has its own fault-tolerant scheme, and when the protection refuses to operate, misoperates or the load turns to supply, it causes overcurrent The master station provides a correction or optimization scheme.

System characteristics

■ in case of line failure, the outlet switch of the substation can realize rapid protection action without disturbance, cut off the fault and complete automatic load transfer;

■ the process of fault handling adopts the communication mode of pair equation or master-slave mode, so the fault handling is fast and accurate. The master station does not participate in the operation process, monitors the load rate after load transfer, and gives the optimization decision. The system is stable and advanced;

■ after the system communication channel fails, the intelligent terminal has the fault-tolerant function. For the master-slave communication mode, it can automatically switch to the successful recloser mode, and continue to play the automatic fault processing function. For the peer-to-peer communication mode, the intelligent terminal can automatically determine the fault range without affecting the system operation effect.
